Our goal is to promote health organically, using the natural remedies and resources that God created. Our heart is to see people whole and healthy from the inside out. Our passion is to help others through education, spending quality time with each individual to understand their unique circumstances and to empower them to maintain and improve their health.

Owner
Chrissy Crowell was born and raised in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. She has been married to her husband Brad for twelve years and they have six-year-old boy/girl twins, Ethan and Brielle.
Chrissy started her own health journey six years ago after her twins were born and the normal fatigue, irritability and sleepless nights were not improving with time. She realized that what had taken 30 years to develop inside her body was not going to be fixed overnight. She found hope after visiting a DO and Chiropractor in the local DFW area and began studying and using the natural remedies of essential oils, supplements, diet changes and eventually CBD oil. Chrissy has experienced amazing results from CBD and now wants to help others find the same freedom in their health.

Ralph Paul has been a successful business owner for the past 30 years in the DFW Metroplex. He has been involved in real estate for 25 years and owned and operated a consulting company that helped small business owners be more profitable. Ralph has been married to his wife Carole, a retired nurse, for 41 years, and now they are both living their dream of helping others become healthy and educated about using CBD in their personal health.
